Clear, satin wood finish based on natural oil for wood in outdoor areas. The microporous surface allows the wood to breathe, reducing swelling and shrinkage, while its water-repellent properties prevent cracking, peeling, or flaking. Simply apply without sanding. The process is easy and seamless, allowing the finish to remain workable during coating.
When used as a top coat on previously coloured wood, Osmo UV-Protection-Oil significantly extends renovation intervals. As a single-product application, it effectively blocks the greying process on vertical surfaces, offering a UV protection factor 12 compared to untreated wood with two coats.
The dry finish is safe for humans, animals, and plants, resistant to saliva and perspiration acc. German DIN53160, suitable for children’s toys acc. EN 71.3
